Return Policy

Products can be returned within 14 days after the purchase.

The customer who intends to return a product must communicate it through explicit declaration, which can be done via e-mail.

The goods must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including price label, packaging material and any documentation and accessory equipment) and with the attached tax documentation.

After the verification that all the steps cited above have been respected, Julie Chic Cashmere, will refund the amount of the products subject to return within a maximum period of 20 days from receipt of the goods.

Remember that the refund will not include the shipping costs incurred for the return and any customs charges, which will remain on the customer.
